Squash Breakfast Pudding

ADVANCED diet

 INGREDIENTS

  •  2 cooked acorn squashes
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbls. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • Stevia to taste

PREPARATION

  1. • In a saucepan, mash the squash, then add the coconut milk.
  2. • Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
  3. • Cook until the mixture is thick and bubbly.
